From a young age, she became fascinated by how the right foods can shape our health and wellbeing, sparking a lifelong passion for exploring the incredible impact nutrition can have on every aspect of our lives.
This fascination led her to complete a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health (Honours) at the University of British Columbia, where she majored in Dietetics, before diving into her practicum with Island Health Authority. Throughout the years, she has gained hands-on experience in many areas of medical nutrition therapy, from oncology, renal and diabetes care to ICU, cardiac health, and, of course, disease prevention.
With all the knowledge Christine has gained over the years, she’s excited to help you navigate the often overwhelming world of nutrition.
